It’s a long walk to Ballena Point but there is a little used beach with the Caribbean surf broken by an off shore reef.  The ferry that runs to Guiligan’s Island alternately runs to Ballena point, but I don’t know on what schedule.  Foot access is either along the beach or by a roadway that runs down the middle of the point.  The road has branches and is not always well defined but, if you keep moving toward the water on the east, you should be alright.
