The apartments are rented with bed linen, towels, and an equipped kitchen.  In addition to a stove and refrigerator each kitchen has a microwave,  coffee brewer, toaster, blender, pots and pans, and plates, glasses, and cutlery for eight.

The master bedroom of each apartment is air conditioned.  All rooms have ceiling fans.

Each apartment has a separate entrance.

Daily tidying up  is the responsibility of the guest.
